$900 Deposit for 3 Hour Private Event

ALL PRIVATE EVENTS INCLUDE:

• Entire facility (5 bays + lounge) reserved for minimum of 3 hours

• Up to 40 guests

• Complimentary use of golf clubs and golf balls

+ CHEESE & PEPPERONI PIZZA ORDER

• We will work with you in advance of your event to determine the number of pizzas you would like to order for your group. Pizza will be served at the start of your event and will be charged to your credit card at the end of the event.

• In addition to pizzas, guests may order from our full food menu on an open tab which will be billed to your credit card at the end of the event.

 + OPTIONAL ALCOHOL DRINK ADD-ONS:

• UNLIMITED OPEN TAB: Allow guests to order drinks from the bar on an open tab which will be billed to your credit card at end of event.

  OR

• DRINK TOKENS: Alcohol voucher tokens can be purchased for $6 per token to help you stay on budget. Pre-purchase a set number of tokens, then hand them out to adult guests as they arrive so they can use tokens to order from our full drink menu.

+OPTIONAL ICE CREAM SANDWICH “CAKE” ADD-ON:

• Add an ice cream sandwich tower with candle for an additional $4 per person,

OR

• Bring your own specialty cake and we’ll provide plates and utensils

* If you prefer to have a meal catered from your favorite restaurant, we are happy to accommodate. However, we require a minimum food/drink spend of $300 for all private events. Just call to ask for details.

*Deposit of facility reservation rate + tax is due when you call to reserve. Remaining food/drink charges + tax and gratuity will be billed to credit card at end of event.

*Cancellations: We know that plans sometimes change.  We kindly ask that you call to cancel your event at least 7 days in advance in order to receive a refund of your event deposit.  

No refunds given if you cancel less than 7 days before your reserved event.
